Terms and Conditions Payments

All payments must be received before goods are distributed. 

Payments for Massage Therapy can be paid for in advance or at time of booking.

For all services we accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT.  Cash is also accepted for Massage Treatments. 

All payments will be issued with a receipt.

Estimated delivery time for all orders: 5-8 days from receipt of customer payment and order confirmation. 

Overseas orders will take approx   7-14 days.

All prices in Australian Dollars. 

Shipping fee $6.00 applies to Australian orders. 

Overseas shipping costs are $15.00.

Orders over 9 kg will incur a shipping fee of $15.00 for Australian customers, and $20 for overseas orders over 9kg.  This will be adjusted at processing.

 

Returns policy

Goods may be returned within 14 days of sale for a full refund only if they are damaged in some way.  We do not give refunds or exchange products because of a change of mind.  All returns are the responsibility of the customer.  We do not cover the cost for this.  Once returned items are received, we will issue a refund.
